Immune Support; Just roll some on the bottoms of your feet, across your chest, on your neck, on your back across the lung area, or anywhere on your skin that you think would get to where you feel you need it. After rubbing it in with your hands, bring them up to your nose and take 3 big whiffs for added aromatherapy. This is a very effective oil to have on hand.
