Tip 9: Breezey

Ingredients: birch, eucalyptus, lemon, peppermint, ravensara

Affinity for: respiratory system, immune system, skin, muscles

Resonance: physical

Application: Breezey should be diluted and rubbed on the chest or back. When I feel anything starting to settle in my chest or congestion beginning in my head – I  dilute Breezey and apply it to my chest, or on my back across the lung area, the sinus areas on my head or on the bottoms of my feet. It can also be diffused or placed on your pillow at night.

Aromatherapy: It can be very effective to diffuse Breezey to open up bronchial and sinus passages (See Aromatherapy “Tip” for ideas how to diffuse). It has also been successful in alleviating some snoring.

Asthma: I have had many experiences with people whose airways have opened right up after just taking a few deep breaths of Breezey (allowing them freedom to do things they couldn’t do before). A friend of mine came over while I was pouring Breezey to put in my kits. Some spilled on the table and she got a good whiff.

A few  minutes later she commented on how she could breathe so much better. It had opened her right up. When I ran into her a while later, she had not had to use her epipen since discovering Breezey.

Allergies: Breezey can be helpful in opening up congested airways from allergic reactions. Breezey has been a life saver for a few young mothers I know who couldn’t take their normal allergy prescriptions because they were nursing. These mothers are able to mow the lawn with the use of Breezey – when before they  were not. They just put a drop across the bridge of their nose, dilute and put across their forehead or chest.

This is a natural way to open passageways, so those who can’t take prescriptions â€ can use Breezey or Aspire.

“Breezey frequently surprises me  it often has a faster and greater effect than I thought possible. It is not uncommon for someone to come by  my booth while I am doing a show and put some on and have immediate results with their breathing opening up.” –Becky Utley

Emotional/Spiritual: While generally thought of as an oil for physical illness, the aroma of Breezey lifts and brings a sens of confidence and self-worth.

Physical: Besides being very effective in times of illness, Breezey is an excellent respiratory tonic and stimulant. The inclusion of ravensara  oil creates viral fighting and tissue rebuilding properties, especially for the lung and  bronchial tissues. This blend should also be tried for conditions such as colds, asthma, allergies, sinus congestion, and flu. Breezey makes an excellent muscle relaxant and pain reliever when you do not have Warm-Down or Deeper handy and you have strained a muscle.

General Information: Breezey is often used alternately with Aspire.

Breezey is found in the Nurse Kit and Allergy, Cold, and Flu Kit and can be purchased in a 10ml bottle separately.
